Our Story,

Beautiful Moments Party Rental and Design is a family owned business that has been operating since 1997. First opened in Belleview Fl, we moved to Ocala by the airport and expanded our selection in 2013. We rent a large variety of items including tents, tables, chairs, china, decor, and more.

Our services also include coordinating, decorating, and planning.

Gloria McCoy

Gloria

Gloria is the owner of Beautiful Moments. Her favorite colors are purple and green, which you can see in the logo. Her passion for events and decor shines through in every job she touches.

Tim

Tim is the manager of Beautiful Moments. He is a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers and enjoys cooking and spicy food. He is the core of the business and exceptionally experienced in all things tents, rentals, and business here.

  • Jessica Shotwell

    Jessica

    Jessica is our customer service specialist and lead designer. She also does event coordinating and planning with Gloria. She loves animals, mystery novels, and being in nature. She is detail oriented and loves helping clients plan the event of their dreams.

  • Sheila

    Sheila is our china, catering equipment, and dishware specialist. She is passionate about her family. She is great at making sure your dishware is packed and wrapped with care.

  • Russ

    Russ is our Warehouse and Tent Specialist. He is a major Star Wars fan. He is often seen in the warehouse building new items for our inventory, such as arches and specialty benches.

  • Chris

    Chris is our Delivery and Tent Specialist. He enjoys mountain biking and photography. He is often the one you will see during site visits and leading our team at most of our setups.

  • Paris

    Paris is our design associate and customer service team member, helping create quotes and contracts with our wonderful clients. She enjoys baking, netflix shows, and lattes.

  • Thomas

    Thomas is one of our awesome warehouse and tent associates. He enjoys gaming and streaming. His favorite part of the job is watching the event come together.

  • Brandon

    Brandon is one of our awesome warehouse and tent associates. He enjoys playing football, and his favorite part of the job is putting up tents.
